"Flip Flop Inn" is a two story newly built home located in the heart of the Seagrove Community! This home is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation rental home that sleeps 12 guests and offers two different gathering area for family and friends to enjoy each others company. You will have 4 complimentary bikes with helmets to cruise Seagrove, Seaside and 30A and go discover the area nearby to plan your next adventure or take a 5-10 minute walk embracing the neighbor leading to the the emerald coast!

Arriving to your long-awaiting getaway, you will be embraced by the common areas of the home, such as the kitchen, living room and dining area all comfortably bringing the family together. The kitchen will be fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three guests and a half bath just around the corner. Alongside will be the dining area that seats an additional 6 guests and just across will be the main living room that contains an HDTV for movie nights and a queen sleeper sofa at your leisure!

Just passing the common areas, you will be taken down a hallway that will lead to the first and only bedroom on the first level. This will be your King suite that will have an HDTV and your own private bath with a double vanity sink, walk in shower and separate tub. You will then walk up the stairs to the second floor and be greeted by the additional living spacing containing another sleeper sofa and HDTV. Just to the right you will have your upstairs King suite with an HDTV and another private bath containing double sinks and a walk in shower. Continuing on throughout the the second floor you will have two additional guest bedrooms that will both have queen beds and HDTV's, two separate full guest bathrooms (shower/tub duo) that will be accessible from the living area and a washer and dryer combo for use throughout your stay!

Cottages of Seagrove offers a community pool nearby and the public beach access is just a quick 5-minute walk or 1-minute golf cart or bicycle ride away. It's located near plenty of shopping, dining, and live entertainment. There's fun for everyone!
