WaterColor Florida Rentals

WaterColor - Crossings District is located on the Emerald Coast between Destin-Miramar Beach and 30A-Seaside. Just a short drive to the beach, shopping, beachfront dining, live entertainment, nightlife, local attractions, and more! Feel like grabbing something to eat or need supplies? Easy access to the Publix grocery store or one of the restaurants at WaterColor Crossings. In addition to the Crossings II dragonfly community pool, guests of WaterColor are also offered access to the amenities at the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club and the brand new Camp WaterColor. The WaterColor Beach Club features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with a zero-entry, cabanas, beach access, and a selection of restaurants and bars. All accompanied by beautiful views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Camp WaterColor features a pool with a slide, a zero-entry kids pool with a slide, a zero-entry lazy river, a lifeguard on duty, basketball court, playground, restaurant, and bar! There's fun for everyone!

*Please note the HOA requires that if any additional golf cart is rented it must be through the Electric Cart Company in order to operate within the Watercolor community. There is a limit of 60 per day. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The exception is if a unit comes with an owners golf cart, if applicable.
