Absolutely beautiful condo in a perfect location. It was everything it was advertised yo be and it was spotless when we arrived.

I would highly recommend renting this unit. It is beautifully done with all the amenities you would want.

The minute you walk in the door you have an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen has all the high end appliances you could ask for and plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils and even a ninja blender for those evening margaritas!

The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nicely done and the dining/living room area is open and spacious.

The screened in patio was our favorite area to spend the mornings and afternoons relaxing.

The owners also have a beach locker/closet that was filled with a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, fishing pole and even scoops to use for shelling. They have thought of everything for a great beach vacation.

Wonderful time on beautiful Sanibel. Our condo was recently updated with state of the art appliances; very clean; magnificent location! Pool not open yet. Loved coffee in the morning on the lanai watching the sun rise!

The condo was a great place for a winter break. The place was very clean, while appointed amenities for cooking, beach chairs, umbrella, cart wonderful beach towels and fun portable speaker. The screened porch with view of the beach and space to just hang out really made a true beach vacation. The first day we opened all the windows and doors did not close them till we departed. I highly recommend.

This unit was great, brand new everything in it! Stocked with everthing you could posssibly need, including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas. Even has a seperate wine fridge! Top end appliances, fans in everyroom - can't think of a single thing that was wrong or missing. Note, that there is still construction going on, so no pool or elevator, but we are not pool people anyway, and only one flight of stairs to the unit was OK by us. They did reach out to make sure we understood that before hand, and was willing to help find something else if it was going to make our stay less enjoyable, but we just went with it. Glad we did! We stayed over x-mas week, so there wasn't much work being done anyway, and whatever they were doing was in units in the other building, so absolutely no noise heard. Also, there was only one other unit it in our building that was occupied, so it was really really quiet during stay. Was so relaxing! The location was great also. We would definitely stay there again!

The location and view were PERFECT! And that’s why we chose it. All the cons are overshadowed by that.
Pros- Very clean, everything was brand new, because of construction there were not many people there. Most of the time we felt like we had the beach mostly to ourselves. Nice decor and bedding. Management was friendly. It came with lightweight beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Better shelling than lighthouse beach and north Captiva (the only others we visited)
Cons- they were doing construction on the unit right next to ours. Literally hammering on the same wall as my headboard at 7:30 am. It was annoying but only one worker was there the whole week and he could only make so much noise by himself. The pool was still under construction which we expected. There is no garbage disposal and no spraying hose for the kitchen sink, which made it inconvenient to do dishes and the trash smelled quickly, because we had to dump food in it. We stayed a week and had to buy toilet paper, laundry soap, and trash bags because the unit only comes with enough for a few days. The units shampoo and conditioner was very heavy (moisturizing. My hair looked awful all week. I should have brought my own.
All in all the pros greatly outweighed the cons and some of the cons are temporary because of construction. We would definitely stay there again.
